Shrimp Farming – Chongqing Yaohua Industrial Co., Ltd (“Chongqing Yaohua”) was established in 1992. It has successfully constructed and developed multiple real estate projects located in Chongqing city. Starting from Chongqing, we are serving the whole country and moving towards the world. Chongqing Yaohua has strong technical support and a professional management team, accumulated rich development experience and strong capital strength.

Singapore Yaohua Group Pte Ltd (“Singapore Yaohua”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Yaohua and established in Singapore. Singapore Yaohua has entered in Myanmar in 2018. Currently, we are developing following real estate projects in Myanmar: the Sea View Condo Project in Myeik, the Lanmadaw Township Apartment Project in Yangon, and the Dagon Golf City Apartment Project in Yangon.

Myeik islands are the largest island group on the coast of Indo-China Peninsula, and they are also the main port hub of the Andaman sea. The annual trade volume of seafood in Myeik is 75% of Myanmar. The marine climate in Myeik is hot and humid. The temperature is between 24 and 34 degrees all year round with abundant sunshine and without strong storms. Our island is located in a river delta with flourishing red trees and good water quality. There is no factory around the island. So, it is air pollution-free. In general, the superior natural environment in Myeik is good for shrimp farming.

According to the “ One Belt And One Road (OBOR) ” and “Interconnection” guidelines of China, we built an economic corridor between China and Myanmar. The company and team have kept a foothold in Myanmar and established good cooperative relations with the Myanmar government, local enterprises, and citizens built a wealth of human resources. In the support and assistance of local leading enterprise – Pyi Phyo Tun International Co., Ltd (“PPT”), the Company has been permanently granted the land use right of Maingyi Island of Myeik islands with a total area of 1,000 acres. The company has planned to build 300 shrimp ponds to breed white shrimp (Penaeus Vannamei), and build supporting ovigerous shrimp breeding site, shrimp hatchery, feed plant, freeze storage, packaging production line, and cold chain logistics.

The Penaeus Vannamei is usually called white leg shrimp or white shrimp, and it used to be named Wan’s Penaeus. It looks like Penaeus Chinensis and Penaeus merguiensis. Its average life may exceed 32 months at least.
The length of Penaeus Vannamei may be up to 24cm, thin shell, light cinereous without any stripe. Its legs are usually the same as chalk shapes. So, it is called white-leg shrimp. It belongs to Arthropoda, Crustacean, Decapoda, Natantia, Penacidae, Penaeus and Litopenaeus. The Penaeus Vannamei is the highest-yielding shrimp of three kinds of Penaeus.
The Penaeus is tropical shrimp of broad temperature and salt nature. The Penaeus Vannamei has rich nutrition, delicious taste. It can be cooked to various delicacies and produced a variety of leisure, flavor food. It contains rich protein, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, other trace elements and vitamin A, chitin which are all beneficial to human health, it is also a high quality and efficient food that promotes human health and longevity with a good effect on maintaining beauty and keep young. There is rich taurine in shrimp which may lower the serum cholesterol and prevent metabolic syndrome. The trace element zinc contained in the shrimp may improve the growth disorders, taste disorders, skin complaints and sperm abnormalities which are caused by zinc deficiency. Therefore, Penaeus Vannamei is a perfect natural health product.
 

Myeik islands are the area with the richest seafood in Southeast Asia, the annual wild fishing volume shall reach 600,000 tons including soft-shelled crabs, groupers, eels, shellfish, sea cucumbers, lobsters, etc. 

Currently, all the seafood in Myeik has been transported to Ranong, Thailand to distribute to Southeast Asia. The Myanmar government has reached a strategic cooperation scheme with our Company in consideration of developing the regional economy in Myeik, our Company will build a large aquatic products trading port for purchasing the aquatic products in Myeik and importing to the Chinese market. Enrich China’s aquatic market and improve people’s dining quality.  

Whereupon, our Company will enrich our products gradually and to achieve the desire of providing more and better seafood for Chinese people.
